Aligned Social may terminate your account at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Aligned Social with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

All notices and other communications under these Terms and Conditions will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

Assignment

Headings

 

The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

 

Binding Effect

 

These Terms and Conditions will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
